HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE ORIGINAL?
OWS Pakistan is an official dealer for all of all products listed on its website. We are an exclusive dealer for some of the brands listed, meaning they are available in Pakistan, ONLY online on this website. All our products come directly from the manufacturers, in their original packaging. All of our watches come in the official packaging with authenticity certificates of the manufacturer with a 1 year or 2-year manufacturers’ warranty. Should you need to return, exchange, or repair an item we are at your service to provide support. We do not sell replicas nor do we obtain watches from the grey market.
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS GENUINE?
Only 100% brand new and genuine goods supplied directly from the manufacturer are listed on the OWS Pakistan website.
ARE YOU AN OFFICIAL SUPPLIER OF THE WATCHES LISTED?
Yes. We are an official supplier for all of our watch brands and all styles available in this e-shop are genuine and 100% authentic. You should beware of buying from companies that are not official suppliers. Many of them obtain their products from the grey market and as a consequence are not able to deal with the manufacturer directly. This means that you cannot have the support you may need in the event of a problem. Websites dealing with products obtained from the grey market have sadly become commonplace in recent years so choose to purchase your watches at OWS Pakistan so you can be assured that your buys are absolutely safe and secure.
WHAT IF MY WATCH STOPS WORKING?
In the event of your watch having a problem, as an official dealer we can provide you with the full after-sales support that you require. Just contact us.
ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED IN THE WATCHES?
Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer, your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

Delivery and Returns

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
OWS Pakistan delivers products to Pakistan and is committed to delivering within two or three working days from the order placement.*
ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
48 to 72 hour product delivery from OWS Pakistan is and always will be free.
CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, of course, you may. Simply click on the “Deliver to a different address” box and fill in the details so we can proceed with the dispatch and delivery of your items to the address you specify.
HOW DO YOU SEND THE ITEMS?
Items are shipped by M&P Courier Service. The vast majority of tracked items will arrive the next day or within two working days respectively, however, this is not a guaranteed next day service.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most styles available through OWS Pakistan are dispatched on the same day the order is placed. These items are readily available and you will receive them within 48 to 72 hours (if there’s not a bank holiday). However other items may require up to 4 to 7 working days to be delivered, as indicated on the website. You can contact us directly to track the status of your order at support@pk.ows.shop
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET
The vast majority of items do arrive on time; however, there are occasional postage delays. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a couple of days, but if after 7 working days your item hasn't arrived, email us at support@pk.ows.shop. We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
You may place an order as a registered user only at OWS Pakistan. So an account is necessary to protect our transaction and see that it is conducted in the safest way possible for both parties. Keep in mind that creating an account and joining our mailing list, renders you are eligible to receive our newsletters and be always up to date with all the latest industry news, fashion trends and offers plus subscriber exclusive incentives. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
There is no minimum order value requirement in the OWS Pakistan online store.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO BUY LARGE AMOUNTS?
In case you need to support a corporate event or other company related activity or you need to buy more than five items at the same time, please contact us directly at support@pk.ows.shop. We follow special procedures for the above cases as you become eligible for receiving special prices and further discounts as a reward. However we may need some additional information from your side before dispatching and delivery to ensure that the items are directed to a consumer and not a company in the trade of watch selling. OWS Pakistan does not deliver to people or companies who intent to resell the watches purchased from us. These are necessary precautions to deal with grey market phenomena.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We support these available methods of payment. You can pay through your MasterCard, Easy Paisa, JazzCash, proceed with a direct bank transfer or Cash on Delivery which means you can also pay at the time of delivery. We do not accept cheques. Sorry! *Cash On Delivery is for maximum order of 50,000. Also, National Identity Card (NIC) number is necessary for orders above PKR 50,000, as per government regulations.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD IN YOUR STORE?
It is always safe to shop in an OWS Pakistan store. We use Secure Trading and the most trusted payment gateways. We treat our customers’ delicate data with care. We do not retain any card or other payment details, as we are fully GDPR compliant. So, no sweat. Just choose your style, pay and go!
HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Coupons are offered to you to make your experience even more pleasant or reward you for repeat purchases. Just choose your items, proceed to checkout and type or copy/paste your coupon code in the appropriate field. Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.

Product Returns

MAY I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I DON'T LIKE?
You have a right to change your mind and return an item you have purchased and request a full refund within 24 hours after receiving your order. The item has to be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with the Return Merchandise Authorization form included. Contact through WhatsApp to get the Return Form and RMA code from our customer service representative. Packages without the RMA reference cannot be accepted. Moreover, there are NO returns on Sale and Clearance items. You may find more details and the process in our Product Returns page.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but during peak periods some refunds may take slightly longer to process. Please allow for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. If after 7 working days you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@pk.ows.shop. You will be refunded by the method you have chosen for your original payment. Please note that in order for OWS to process your refund the payment from your side needs to have been received in our relevant account. No refund process can be initiated before this.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE ITEMS THAT I DIDN'T ORDER?
Should this unlikely event occur, we advise you to contact us directly at support@pk.ows.shop or call our local offices, quoting your transaction reference number. We will make sure that you receive the items you have originally chosen within 48 hours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO REPAIR AN ITEM?
All OWS Pakistan products come with the original manufacturer’s guarantee.
