The website www.pk.ows.shop is legally owned and provided by the company «OWS PAKISTAN PVT LTD» and the distinctive title «OWS PK», which is seated in OWS PAKISTAN, Office # 304, 3rd Floor, Fortune Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, P.E.C.H.S. 75100, Karachi legally represented, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
The following terms pertain to the Terms of Service (ToS) that the Company applies for the products and services offered. The following ToS are obligatory for all the users of the Company’s products and services and all the users of the Company’s website, hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”. Not acceptance of the following ToS grants the Clients no right to access the Company’s products and services offered.
The Company’s products and services are offered to persons above the age limit of 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, we need the written and explicit consent of your legal guardian to offer you our products and services. We bear no responsibility in case of your false statement.
The Company sells timepieces, jewelry, leather goods, fragrances and eye wear which are authentic, new and come directly from the manufacturers.
The authenticity is guaranteed by our Company and for that reason we always provide, the original packaging with the serial numbers and/or certificates of authenticity issued by the manufacturers.
The Company’s products are offered at the price described at the Company’s website. The price is final and includes all costs, sales tax included.
Our Company does not apply any additional charges. The delivery of our products is free of charge.
Sales Tax (or equivalent) will be charged accordingly where applicable. This means that if the final destination of delivery is Sales Tax (or equivalent) compliant, it will be added and shown on your order and invoice.
The Company supports the following methods of payment and in particular. You can pay electronically through: MasterCard, JazzCash, Easy Paisa, COD. Μoreover you can pay through Direct Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery
*Cash On Delivery is for maximum order of 50,000. Also, National Identity Card (NIC) number is necessary for orders above PKR 50,000, as per government regulations.
All the electronic transactions are safe as all the relevant security protocols are applied.
There is no minimum order value requirement in any OWS online store.
You are not obliged to create an account to shop from our Company. In case you create an account, you can cancel your subscription at any time by e-mailing us at support@pk.ows.shop.

If you have a coupon code you shall be asked to type the coupon code in the appropriate field and you will see the final amount to be paid with the discount applied before you submit your order.
You can amend or cancel your order by 12 noon daily following the time you place your order, as by that time the products are usually not shipped yet. Additionally, due to the short delivery time (72 hours), you are strongly advised to act immediately by contacting us at support@pk.ows.shop or calling the local OWS office. In case we have already shipped the product or it is already delivered, then you can exercise the withdrawal right following the relevant instructions and procedure (see withdrawal right below).
In the unfortunate event that you shall receive a different product than the one you ordered, then you are advised to act immediately by contacting us directly at support@pk.ows.shop or call our local offices, quoting your transaction reference number. We will make sure to rectify any mistake and ensure that you receive the product you have originally chosen within the next 48 hours from the notification we shall receive.
All Company’s products have a one (1) and two (2) year warranty from the date of the purchase or the date of replacement. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects for example the watch movement, hand and dial etc. All other components are not covered in the warranty.
The warranty does not, however, cover damages due to physical and/or accidental use. Warranty is not applicable in the following cases: Fault or defect and damages due to misuse, accidents or negligence. Fault or damages due to improper handling or usage of the customer/buyer is not covered (crush or dents on the case or anywhere on the product, broken crystal, scratches, rip or tear or changes on the color or any alteration on the strap or bracelet, or any part of the product, alteration on movement or dismantling or unannounced/unauthorized repairs, exposure to chemicals etc.) Maintenance and cleaning and the normal wear and tear of the product, or the normal aging of the product Water damage resulting from misuse due to the misapprehension of the product’s water resistance Any alteration or repair performed by someone other than authorized OWS partners will null and void the warranty and we disclaim all liabilities.
In case of a defect that is covered by the warranty, you will have to provide us a copy of the purchase receipt or the dealer’s stamp in the warranty booklet. You may also be asked to describe the problem or even provide us with photos of the damage or deliver the product to the local OWS office.
All warranty repairs have to be addressed to the local OWS office. Repairs by unauthorized third parties cancel effective immediately the warranty. You can return the product you have purchased within Twenty Four (24) hours after receiving the product. The product has to be undamaged and unused. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based upon the original payment method.
However, the products can be returned only to the country they were originally purchased. If the products are 10 or more, they have to be returned to the OWS Warehouse where originally purchased. If the product is returned with a gift receipt, OWS will offer you an OWS Gift Card.
In case the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, as long as the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
If there is a mechanical damage, you will be informed about the way of repairment within eight (8) working days from the time we will receive the damaged product.
If the product is covered by the warranty but is not repairable, then it will be replaced. In this case, you will receive the same model, provided that it is available. If there is no availability of the model, you can receive a model of equal value and similar style or to have a full refund.
If the product is not covered by the warranty, e.g. discoloration of the bracelet or other damage caused by improper use, you will be informed about the cost of the service and we will get your consent before the repair. In case the problem persists, we will address the problem to the manufacturer and you will be informed to act accordingly. You will, also, be informed in advance about the charges the manufacturer’s service center applies and about the total cost of the repair. The charges are subject to change and depend on the product and the work required.
The product to be repaired (under warranty or not) or replaced (under warranty) will have to be sent to the local OWS office. It is recommended that it is not sent in its original packaging as the latter will not be returned. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your parcel is adequately protected during shipment. OWS bears no responsibility for any loss or damage may occur during shipment.
The Client (consumer) has the right to return the purchased product within 03 calendar days if the product is not as per the order or there is any fault. The 03 days period starts from the day on which the Client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the product.
In the case of multiple products ordered by the Client in one order and delivered separately, the 03 days period starts from the day on which the Client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the client acquires physical possession of the last product.
In the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the 03 days period starts from the day on which the Client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the client acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
The Client shall bear no costs for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Client shall not bear the direct cost of returning the product if they choose the same delivery option as OWS. The Company shall not reimburse any supplementary costs, if the Client has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Company. If the client chooses to courier the product, then they will cover the courier charges.
In the case of withdrawal, the Client shall send back the product or hand it over to the person authorized by the Company to receive the products, without undue delay and in any event no later than 03 days from the day on which the Client has communicated his decision to withdraw.
The reimbursement of the Client by the Company shall take place with undue delay and in any event no later than 03 days from the day the Company receives back the product. The reimbursement shall be carried out with the same means of payment that the Client used for the initial transaction.
The Client shall be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The Client cannot exercise the withdrawal right in the case that the product has been made to his specifications or is personalized.

Texts, photos, graphics, logos, trademarks and any other intellectual property you may find in our website belong to OWS PK. Copy, reproduction, use, alteration, translation, presentation to third parties or any unauthorized use of the above intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the legal owner.
The protection of our Clients’ data is a priority for our Company. We take all the necessary measures to be compliant with the legislation concerning the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR). In case there is a dispute with regards to the products and/or services offered, the Client shall initially address his/her complaint to the Company. If the dispute persists, then the Client can attempt to resolve the dispute online by having recourse to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
These ToS are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with these ToS shall be resolved by the Pakistan Courts.
